We're willing to list almost any website, even if it doesn't really fit with the main themes of Substepr, but we won't list websites that feature any of the following things:

• Adult content, services or products
• Drug abuse
• Sexual abuse
• Violence, aggression or hatred
• Racism, prejudice or inappropriate discrimination
• "Blackhat" computer software such as viruses, trojans, worms or keyloggers
• Scams or deliberately misleading content
• Dangerous information such as knowledge that could easily lead to the construction of weapons
• Information which coordinates violence

This list may be extended later on to further clarify our quality criteria.
